Many people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what they are struggling with. Others arrive with a feeling that something doesn’t quite feel right, without always knowing how to put it into words.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in repeating patterns, exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or struggling to understand your emotions and experiences.
Sometimes this shows up as anxiety, low mood, stress, numbness, shutdown, physical tension, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your body. At other times, it may bring deeper questions around identity, relationships, meaning, purpose or how to feel more comfortable being yourself.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

I offer face-to-face counselling for adults and young people aged 16 and over from my therapy space in Bury St Edmunds.
Sessions are available for individuals who are looking for support with personal challenges, emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, life transitions, or a deeper understanding of themselves.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are priced at £60 per session.
I offer a free introductory phone call before we begin working together. This gives us the opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and whether it feels like I would be the right person to support you.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. I encourage you to take your time finding someone you feel comfortable working with.
