Taking care of those who care for others
Therapeutic work is deeply meaningful, but it can also feel isolating. We spend so much of our time listening, supporting, and holding space for others, yet we don’t always have enough opportunities to connect with people who truly understand the work we do.
Space to Be Together was created as a place for therapists and helping professionals to come together outside of the therapy room.
A space to pause, connect, share experiences, and build genuine relationships within our local professional community.
Beginning with a monthly coffee morning at a local café, Space to Be Together offers an informal and welcoming opportunity to meet other professionals, have conversations, and create connection beyond our professional roles.

Whether you are newly qualified, developing your private practice, working within an organisation, or have years of experience behind you - you are welcome.

While there is space to network, this is not about exchanging business cards or promoting yourself. It is about creating a community built on curiosity, kindness, and mutual support.

As this community grows, I hope to develop further spaces that support connection, creativity, and wellbeing - always guided by the same values at the heart of Space to Be.
Because those who hold space for others deserve a space to be together.
