The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to counselling, what you hope to gain, and whether we're a good fit to work together. There’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right for you.


Integrative counselling combines elements from different therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from modalities such as person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to offer a more tailored experience.
